Do you deliver worldwide?
We offer UK and worldwide delivery. We use DHL Tracked and Traced. UK orders may qualify for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (conditions apply).

UK - Starts From £5.99 (Flat Rate)
EUROPE - Starts From £15.50
USA - Starts From £17.00

How can I select Royal Mail 1st Class delivery?
This delivery option is for UK Mainland delivery addresses ONLY.
This option is available only for single items under a specific weight/size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payments on our online store. For any other payment methods please contact us directly.
Can I cancel my order?
We regret that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
For orders that are yet to be processed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation.
What is the difference between the Monthly and Main Issues and why is shipping different?
Main Issues -These issues are printed in the UK, and sold on our Shopify store where we dispatch worldwide. Print issues will be available soon in local stores, like Waterstones, Barnes & Noble, London News Agents & Kiosks, Readily, and many more! All stores will be listed on our website, for digital issues they are currently available via ISSUU only and soon will be available on other online digital stores.
Monthly Issues - Monthly Issues are both print and digital issues. These issues are printed in the USA, and sold only on our Magcloud store.
I can’t see my country of shipment available - does this mean you don’t ship to me?
If you cannot see your country of shipment as an available option, we should still be able to deliver to you! (please note this is for those outside of sanctioned countries). Email us directly for more information.
At this time, we have suspended all shipping and digital operations from the UK to countries affected by sanctions for the foreseeable future, we continue to monitor the sanction guidelines from the UK government and change the guidelines as it evolves. We will still accept free submissions from these affected areas. However, we cannot accept upgraded submissions or ship to your location, unless you have a relative outside of these sanctions zones - please note you will still be able to access your tearsheets. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
How long will delivery take?
Please note that printing and processing can take up to 4 weeks this subject to environmental weather factors at our printing stations.
Once an order is processed & printed, delivery times are subject to location.
DHL UK: After the 2 weeks it will be delivered within 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class UK: After the 4 weeks it will be delivered within 1-2 days
International: After the 4 weeks it will be delivered within 7-18 working days depending on location, and customs. Some countries have tougher customs than others, unfortunately we cannot track the parcel whilst in customs so do bare with us at this time, whilst the customs pass the security checks.
Tracking information is always sent once in the delivery office.
If there is current delays to deliveries due to postal strikes. If you have not received an "Out for delivery" email after 5 working days from the dates above, please contact the team.
How are magazines packaged? I’m an avid collector and want to ensure my magazines are in good condition.
We take pride in our packaging, and each order is hand packaged by the team here at The Swanky Media Group.
I live in the UK, and I can't decide between DHL and Royal Mail - what is the difference?
Royal Mail 1st Class is available for single items only under a specific weight/size. Items shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class are packaged in a brown paper envelope as opposed to our standard DHL cardboard envelopes/boxes.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery option does NOT include a tracked service - should you wish to have your orders tracked and packaged differently, we recommend using our DHL delivery option.
How are delivery costs priced?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight of parcel and location of delivery. We use DHL express, tracked and traced delivery - our prices are for this service.
Can I make a bulk order?
For any bulk order requests, please contact the showroom directly.
Please note that we are not a distributor and many of our international titles are of limited quantity and are exclusive to us. We want to ensure avid readers get the chance to purchase these. In some cases there will be a limit* on the quantity you may be able to purchase.
*where limits have been exceeded orders may be subject to cancellation.
A magazine I wish to purchase has sold out - do you have more?
We may still have copies available in our physical store for any magazines sold out online. We cannot guarantee this, however it is always worth contacting us directly to check.
It is also worth noting that our online stock is updated regularly.
I’ve seen a magazine on your Instagram, but I can’t see it on here - do you still have it?
Magazines may be available even if they are not listed on our website. Contact us directly for more information on availability.
Can I be notified when a magazine comes in stock?

Do you stock old/ not current issues?
We currently keep up to six months of Back Issues for our titles, subject to availability. If you cannot see an issue available, but it is from the past six months, please contact us for more information.
